Interview at JPO

JPO is stand for Johor Premium Outlet which is located in Kulai Jaya, Johor Bahru.


Johor Premium Outlets is a collection of 80 designer and name brand outlet stores featuring saving of 25% to 65% every day. Such as Adidas, Armani, Burberry, Canali, Coach, Ermenegildo Zegna,
Gap, Guess, Lacoste, Michael Kors, Nike, Oroton, Ralph Lauren, 
Salvatore Ferragamo, Tumi and more.


Dat day, JPO ade open vacancy utk full time and part time sales assistant. But the company who handle this vacancy was under Valiram Group. So aku pun try. Almaklum sementara tgh free tak wat pape ni, ape salahnya aku wat as part time suke suke. At least ade gak pengalaman.

So i hv called the Valiram Group and sent them my cover letter together with my resume thru email. Then they call me back ask me to come for the interview.

So aku pun plan nak ke  JPO tu with my big brother. Alang-alang kitaorg tak penah sampai, bleh la jenjalan skali. Hihihi...motipnye skrg, nak pegi berjalan je yang lebey. ZzZZzz.....by the way, Mak aku pun ikot skali. ahahahha...boleyh lahh !!

Dipendekkan cite, hari interview pun sampai. Tgk kiri tgk kanan, aku soang je yg wear formality n berpakaian korporat. adeh... Aku tau la tu interview for Sales Assistant jer but then takkan dtg interview pakai t shirt and jeans kot? hermmm.. by the way, just want to share...even though vacancy hanya lah Sales Assistant, tp salary dia okay gak la tuk suke suke which is around RM1600 + commission kalo dpt buat sales.

Tujuan aku minta keje ni, sbb aku nak ade pengalaman dlm bidang sales. Bleh aku masukkan dlm resume nnti. Ni kalo tak, last pengalaman aku jadi Student Affairs kat Kolej. Susah la nak cari keje lain dlm bidang yg aku minat... Asik2 yg dpt offer, in education field jugak.

Ermm...Ok sambung balik citer. The main point storyline aku ni sbnrnya adalah, Valiram Group tak amek ORANG BERTUDUNG kerja utk vacancy yang ni. Dia ckp mmg to be Sales Assistant in Branded and Luxury Industries, they all tak benarkan pakai tudung. Org yang interview aku ni ckp, mmg ramai malay girl staff yg bekerja dgn diaorg, Almost 90% tp semua okay. 

Orang yang interview aku tu ckp lagi, yang they dun mind if i want to wear tudung time datang and balik kerja. Tp hanya bukak time bekerja sahaja.. Diaog tahu mende tu adalah sensitive issue, dats why diaorg gtau awal-awal. 

Peh. sentap! ko mempersendakan agama aku ke hape~...Rasenye aku minta keje ni kat dlm Malaysia lagi kot. Erkss.. Haih, terimaa kaseh la...aku da dtg dari jauh ni haa baru nak ckp ekk.. Grrr...

Org interview aku tu berbangsa India. Yela kan..nama pun Valiram Group. Dia ckp lagi, " i know it is a sensitive issue. Sometimes parent not allowed and sometimes husband not allowed. So how bout u?" Dia leh tanye aku gitu. Apesal ek? dengan harapan aku akan ckp, YES I CAN TAKE OFF MY TUDUNG? Takpat la johnnnnn...

Aku jwb gini, " Cannot Miss. It is not bout my husband or my parent. It is bout myself ! Its my religion !

So interview pun berakhir. Lepas jalan-jalan kat JPO, my brother brought me pegi makan tmpt yg best giler katanya... Lepas tu baru kitaorg balik Muo..

Itu lah al kesahnya.. (>.<)
